Terms of Use

By installing or using the ABC Phonics app (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is offered by Pixeliro on an “as-is” basis. The app is designed for children ages 2–6 to be used with parental supervision.
License
We grant you (the parent / guardian / educator installing the app) a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control. On Apple platforms this license is additionally subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which governs your use of any Apple App Store-licensed software and prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict on Apple devices. On Google Play, Google's standard EULA applies in the same way.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Product title: ABC Phonics Premium.
- Length & price: 1 month at $3.99/month or 12 months at $17.99/year. A 3-day free trial is offered on the user's first purchase. Local currency equivalents are shown by the App Store at the moment of purchase.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account on Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel: iOS → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android → Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- What Premium unlocks: the full content catalog and extended sticker book. The free tier of the app remains usable forever. The app is completely ad-free on both tiers.
- Refunds: Apple and Google handle refund requests directly via their respective stores; we do not process refunds on their behalf.
How to subscribe
Premium is sold exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. We do not accept payment or grant Premium entitlement through any out-of-store mechanism, promo code, voucher, or web checkout. The Subscription screen shows the product title, length, and price before any purchase action, and again on Apple's StoreKit confirmation sheet.
User content + accounts
The app has no account, no login, and no user-generated upload. Progress and stickers stay on the device (optionally backed up by your OS-level iCloud / Google Backup, which Pixeliro does not see).
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets.
- Don't use the app to violate any law in your country.
- Don't attempt to bypass the Premium paywall.
Educational content
Letter sounds, songs, and mini-game word lists are authored by Pixeliro. Words are chosen with general English-phonics teaching guidelines in mind; the app does not replace a teacher or speech therapist.
Children + supervision
The app is designed for young children but expects adult supervision for the initial set-up, microphone permission grants, and any in-app purchase. A randomly-generated math-puzzle parent gate sits in front of every external link, the Subscription screen, and Apple's StoreKit purchase sheet. Basic kid-friendly settings (Music / SFX volume, language) are intentionally not gated so children can self-manage playback. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of gated actions.
Microphone permission
The app may ask for microphone access so children can speak letter sounds in voice mini-games. The permission request is the standard iOS / Android system dialog and is presented only when the user actively starts a voice activity. Declining is fully supported — the activity gracefully falls back to a tap-to-play mode. The app does not record, store, or transmit any audio off the device (see the Privacy Policy for technical details).

The app is provided “as is”. Pixeliro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app on next launch. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
